Hand made Craft ideas 5 - Braid n Bottle candle holder

Braid n Bottle candle holder with zigzagging satin braids is pretty like a village girl..........try this out.....

Materials required:-

1. Bottle or Tin (I prefer Pringles Tin)
2. Satin silver cloth
3. Gum
4. Clay

Steps

1. Mix the clay in water and fill the bottle with the same.
2. With a small bottle cap make a groove in the centre of the clay.
3. Sun drt it.
4. When it dries completely paint it black
5. Cut the satin silver cloth into three long pieces and braid it.(English braid).The braid should be long enough to cover the entire surface of the bottle.
6. Stick the braid around the bottle covering the surface of the bottle.
( If the satin silver cloth is not long, braid the short pieces and stick it without any space in between. In order to hide the space in between you can stick beads or small satin flowers in between.
